William and Karen McConnell Scholarship

William C. McConnell and Karen E. McConnell have supported Habitat for Humanity of McLean County and other local public service and educational organizations in Central Illinois for many years. They seek to assist Heartland Community College students in achieving their educational, occupational, and personal goals with a 1,000 scholarship.
