Pearl Davies Bowman Scholarship

Pontiac native and education advocate Pearl Davies Bowman sought to offer Pontiac Township High School graduates or returning veterans educational opportunities to improve their skills and workforce prospects. In her memory, this full-ride scholarship serves the community she loved.
