Connor Rakers Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was created by family and friends to honor the memory of Connor Rakers. Connor had obtained his EMT-B license and was enrolled in the EMP-P class at Heartland when he was lost in the line of duty working for Leroy Emergency Ambulance service. This scholarship was created to help McLean County residents obtain their EMT-B license.
